1. What this document covers

These terms govern the use of this website, owned by CompuSigns LLC, with its shop at Calle Cervantes AA-80, Esquina Boulevard, Levittown, Toa Baja, PR 00949. By using the site you accept what is stated here.

This document is NOT the contract for your project. The commercial relationship for a specific sign is governed by the accepted quote and, where applicable, the contract or work order signed. If anything there conflicts with this page, the project document prevails.

2. Quotes are estimates

What you send through the quote builder or the contact form is a request, not an order. Neither the request nor our reply creates an obligation to build or to buy.

A quote becomes an order when you accept it in writing and we confirm it. Until then prices, lead times and materials may change.

• Estimates are calculated from the dimensions and details you give us. If on-site measurement differs, the price is adjusted and we tell you before proceeding.
• A quote is valid for the period stated on the document itself. With no period stated, it is understood to be valid for 30 days.
• Prices do not include permits, electrical work, scaffolding or cranes unless the quote says so explicitly.

3. What you supply for production

When you send us a logo, artwork or text to fabricate, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to authorize us to reproduce it on the sign. We do not verify trademark or copyright ownership.

If a third party makes a claim over the use of that material, responsibility rests with whoever supplied it to us.

• Review art proofs carefully. Once you approve a proof, production runs from that file: spelling, phone number or color errors that come through approved are not redone free of charge.
• On-screen colors do not match printed output or vinyl exactly. If color is critical, ask for a physical sample before production.
• We work best from vector logos (.AI, .EPS, outlined .PDF). With a low-resolution image, the result is limited by the quality of the source file.

4. Measurements, permits and installation

Unless the quote states otherwise, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the sign complies with municipal regulations and with mall or landlord rules, and to obtain the necessary permits.

To install we need safe access to the site on the agreed date. If access is unavailable and a return trip is needed, the additional trip is billed.

Installations on existing structures are performed assuming those structures are sound. We are not responsible for failures of pre-existing walls, canopies, poles or electrical installations.

5. Photographs of finished work

We like to show what we do. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may photograph the installed sign and use those images in our portfolio, on this site and on our social media.

If you would rather your project did not appear, just let us know: write to compusignsinc@gmail.com and we will not publish it, or we will remove it if it is already up.

6. Content on this site

The texts, the CompuSigns logo and the photographs of our work belong to CompuSigns LLC or to whoever authorized us to display them. You may view them and share the link, but not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.

Customer trademarks appearing in portfolio photos belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to document completed work.

7. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the information current, but the site is provided as is. Reference prices, lead times and materials may change without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The map in the Contact section is for guidance. If you are coming for the first time and are unsure, call us at (787) 550-7868.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CompuSigns LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of business arising from the use of this site.

As regards a contracted project, our liability is limited to what is set out in the corresponding quote or contract, including its warranties.

9. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps). We do not control their content or their terms. Clicking those links takes you off our site and subjects you to each service's own terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Puerto Rico.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, bearing the date shown in the heading.
